I have just started using MSM ( and KAVA in an attempt to curb anxiety) to obtain relief from rather severe arthritis in my hands, neck and mid back. My job as a medical transcriber for 30 years has played heck with those three areas. Multiple prescription anti-inflammatories have not really made me comfortable and even good old Vicodin doesn't relieve the pain very much.

I read articles on MSM and Kava in GNC's magazine "Let's Live" and felt it was worth a try. So far I am amazed. The Kava seems to be lowering my anxiety/stress level and the MSM seems to be making a big dent in the amount of pain I am experiencing. I just drove back home here to Vancouver (actually Washougal) from my mother's home in Grant's Pass, in southern Oregon, about 4 1/2 hours and have only about 20% of the pain and stiffness I normally experience. I have energy enough to get on the computer and look you up to see what your webpage had to say.

I only have the MSM capsules and am interested in the creams as I too have some skin grafts from surgeries on my neck and, not that there is a problem with them now, I would just like to keep that grafted skin healthy.

I can't thank you enough for your bringing MSM to us and now this CMO (cetyl myristoleate). I just received my order today and plan to re-order more tomorrow because I have so many friends who will be interested in this. Could you put the copy of the article of Dr. Charles Cochran on your web page for me to refer to for others to read. It is a wonderful read and if we only get half the results we will walk and sleep with a great deal of comfort. After taking only three caps today I feel a faint relief in my lower back. What a blessing of this works for me...And why wouldn't it from what I've read so far...
